GENERAL RATES -- All Rates are PLUS 9% New Hampshire Meals and Rooms Tax

Weekly (Saturday to Saturday - 7 Nights ) $600.00
Weekend (Friday Night to Sunday - 2 Nights) $250.00
Weekend (3 Nights) $300.00
Daily $ 75.00

HOLIDAY RATES (Days in Pink)
Week (Saturday to Saturday - Week with Holiday in it) $700.00
Weekend (3 Nights/4Days) $400.00
Thanksgiving ( 4 Nights/5 Days) $450.00
RESERVATIONS
Booking is Confirmed when Deposit/Security Deposit is received
REFUNDS
Cancellation One Month before Reserved date Full Refund
Cancellation Two Weeks before Reserved Date 50% Refund
Cancellation Seven Days or less before Reserved Date No Refund
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For Week Rentals $200.00
Will be returned at end of Rental when Property is left in Good order for next renter.
For Weekend Rentals $100.00
Will be returned at end of Rental when Property is left in Good order for next renter
Security Deposit may be waived and Just a deposit requested

NOTE: Rental rates are kept intentionally low during off holiday times and off heating season. During heating season (October 1 - April 30th) a 15% surcharge for heating/fuel oil will be added to the above rates.
